Thank you to our volunteers for making the 2018 a great success!  As per discussions within IEEE South Africa leadership, the most visible impact has been made by the following volunteers:  Upasana Singh (UKZN), David Oyedokun (UCT), Darryn Cornish (WITS), Komla Folly (UCT), Sunil Maharaj (UP), Reza Malekian (UP), Andre Henney (UWC), and Stephanie Agenbag (UWC).  Here are the details... 

• Upasana Singh, UKZN – for organizing several conferences and a large WiE/IEEE Day event
• David Oyedokun, UCT – for organizing several WiE events
• Darryn Cornish, WITS – for organizing a series of Real World workshops for students
• Komla Folly, UCT –for contributions via persistent ECSA CPD support
• Sunil Maharaj, UP – for setting up a new technical Chapter and significant contributions to SP/ComSoc Chapter over the years
• Reza Malekian, UP - for setting up a new technical Chapter
• Andre Henney, UWC – for setting up a new Student Branch and working with IEEE Xtreme teams
• Stephanie Agenbag, UWC – for her role in setting up a new Student Branch
